For any product which is supplied but returned because they are defective, Iberswitch will either replace on a like for like basis or offer a full refund.
Goods which are returned for refund due to being surplus to requirements must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt and must be received by Iberswitch Limited in good working order. In this instance, a full refund minus postage will be offered.
Full refund may be made on all goods, services and supplies where the description of the goods, services and supplies differs from the advertised goods, service or supplies.
